Refund and Returns Policy

At Aranbe Africa, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Items returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Earrings or other jewellery for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Email our customer service team at info@aranbeafrica.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. We will send you the return address and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable delivery service.
    (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.)

3. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour if available.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at info@aranbeafrica.com with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. International Returns

For returns outside the UK:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

7. Your UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
